I realy think you need to do some reserch many start by buying TBASE, Then start a wanted when you know what your looking for. There is a large number of different types of weber with ram Pipes.

ok quick bit of research later, i need a weber 40 dcoe with 38mm chokes on a 6" inlet......i think thats a basic spec

forgive me, but can you put 38's in a 40?

1, i dont think they will fit?

2, i thought, as a rule of thumb, you shouldnt use chokes less than 5mm smaller then your carb? i.e 40 max in a 45, and 35 max in a 40.....? is they just wont work well at all?

um well the engine is a 1275 with a kent 276 cam, hi lift rockers and im only planning on having it as a second fast road toy for when my turbo is bust, really i want something around the 100bhp mark
