Not very sunny swanage

wiring wise, ive googled it, but not found anything......

what i want to do is pretty straight forward........ i have recently acquired a d plate renault master, which is nearly converted into a camper now. I am starting to think about thinks to make life more pleasant, and would like to add central locking......
the front doors are easy peasy, one master motor on the drivers door, and 1 slave on the passengers side. The sliding door cant be done unfortunately, as the lock is in the actual handle, not the latching mech.

the problem im having is at the back. the rear lock is missing from the door, (ie there is just a hole) i want to make the rear doors lockable on a switch from the dash. i dont want them to open every time the fronts are opened, so what i was thinking was just to install a motor, then wire it up to a simple two/three way switch, but i cant for the life of me find out how or even if its possible to use a 2 wire slave central locking motor in this way.....

i know these are push pull, but i have no idea how to wire them.... if no one has any idea, i will get a battery and start playing, i have a couple kicking around, but though it would be easier if someone knows........

cheers

Pete

And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers!

IIRC, its just a simple 2 wire motor that you wire each way to change direction.

You should be able to rig it up to a multipole switch to get the desired effect I think.

The only thing not shown there is a "dead" position on the switch so that its not permantly powered.

Hope that makes sense.

That would work for sure.
The only thing I'd say, if you want to make it nice to use, get a cheap s/hand alarm system and wire it up to control both front door motors from the remote, really useful.
