After selling my fiat 500 i am now on the look out for a very cheap or free metro turbo mk 1 or 2, i am not faint hearted i will take on anything as long as it mostly complete no runners, basket cases anything will do also i would look at a shell with no engine i am not looking for one just for the engine and most end up as donors for minis i really want to restore and hopfully get my wife driving it anyone see one in a garden or garage let me know many thanks mr nicholls.

i came to hear due to you mini owners seem to strip them for the engine and nothing else somone must have one |

You'll find people on here tend to build engines from scratch to a very high spec. There's no point spending a fortune on a 20 odd year old car/engine just to rebuild it..... On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
