Im sure I read somewhere you can get a kit to seal the Weber spindle for turbo charging but dont know where.
Any ideas where to get them from?

the dellorto dhla turbo carb has sealed spindles , would that kit fit in a 45 dcoe paul ? you could ask eurocarb in tilehurst .

If your weber is a 151 or 152 series it is already good for blow-thru. If it isn't, it is probably easier to jump on one of these models than modify yours.

You still need to modify the top cover to pressurise the float bowl however.

I doubt it. It's difficult enough to fit a blow through supercharger setup under a normal minis bonnet, never mind a sprint.

I recall the float bowls were also changed (and other little details) to cope with blowthru
