right seen as i have a new found enthusiasm for fixing the mini
i have a couple of questions.

i intend to strip the underside down to bare metal as its looking fair rough. can i just red oxide it for now? or will it rust in no time?

ive cut the floor pan, sill, and step out, will it be ok to pop rivet the new panels in place so i can move the shell?

thats all for now but im sure ill think of some more

red oxide paint can react with some seam selers and paints i fink so be carefull.

id tack it with a welder or weld bars in to hold door gaps firm etc pot rivets can easiley let the panels move

no longer a series, but still 1.3 turbo.
