I have a 78 clubman and im in the process of making a dash for it, i dont realy want to fit switches to the dash so i was wondering if there is a late model steering colum that has whiper motor, headlights and washer bottle switches on it that i could fit? Im doing a new wiring loom aswell so it shouldnt be a problem to wire up.

They're still in the dash on all the late minis IIRC.

The 97-onwards MPI cars have stalks with all that on, however the splines for the steering wheel are different, so you'll have to either use the MPI steering wheel, or try and get a boss for an aftermarket wheel.

you can fit the metro switchgear on fairly easily, its not exactly plug and play, but its very doable.... And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |
