Participants, please wear a disguise.... this could be a wig, moustache, funny hairdo, make-up etc etc, or go the whole hog and dress up. Make this day more amusing,
This will be judged and you could win a £20 minispares voucher and trophy!

Saturday 3rd October 2009 8.30am for signing in (start 9am) Sleaford mini centre

Currently £29 for a family and double room, for Friday 2/10/09 and Saturday night 3/10/09 is £32. Booking asap for this is essential as they fill up fast and the prices are on a deal breaker.
PRICE
£30 per car (inc driver and 1 passenger, extra passengers £2.50 each to cover catering) Under 12's Free. Price will include ALL refreshments and light snacks availiable right throughout the day & mega lunchtime BBQ. (burgers, hotdogs, chicken, kebabs, ribs) (vegitarians please inform us)
All participants will recieve a certificate with their results and a powertest printout from the tuner.
All money must be in by Mid September for final numbers.

FORMAT
Limited to 30 cars. Classic minis and derivatives (eg, hornet, elf,scamp,moke) will get priority on places. Any places left will be offered to Modern Mini drivers however these would not be featured in the magazine.
Guaranteed 3 dyno runs, printout and time to tweak engine/change airfilter etc between runs if required.
TROPHIES & CLASSES
This year 5 trophies will be awarded to the best performing engines not the best BHP.
The tuner will decide which engines have the best performance during each run taking into account bhp figures and mark the car out of possible 100 points.
Trophies and winners certificates will go to the cars which score highest making all of the much smaller bhp cars in with a much better chance of that coverted trophy!
There will be 4 A series categories.
small bore up 1098, big bore up to 1275, super bore up to 1400 +
and a further categorys for Non A series/conversion engines & turbo/supercharged.
OTHER TROPHIES (inc certificate)
Show & shine competition, best engine bay, best interior, Engine of the Day (tuners choice), best fancy dressed driver will recieve a £20 minispares voucher and trophy. (as mentioned above)

ALL participating drivers will be eligable for a massive 15% off any future power runs or tuning sessions @ Sleaford mini centre. You will be issued with a discount voucher that you can use whenever you want.

NOT RUNNING A MINI ON THE ROLLERS?????
You would still like to attend? No problem. Just forward a cheque for £2.50pp or paypal for £3.00pp and you may come along and enjoy the day and still be fed and watered. If you are bringing a mini, you may also enter all the other mini competitions if you wish. Prebooking is preffered on this as we need to know final numbers for catering.
