The alternator I currently have fitted no longer has the charge warning light working - but output voltage is 14.3 volts max.

Any ideas
a) what is wrong (car wiring is okay and light illuminates if shorted to earth)
b) where can I get the bits to fix it?

Thanks

It also serves as a fanbelt fail indicator! At 9000rpm a loose belt near the cambelt is not good!
