Hopefuly there is an easy for this! I have a 1999 sportpack cooper that I just got reay for its MOT. I took it out of the garage to wash it and make sure it was all tip top. I went to wind up the window and it dissapeared inside my door! I have stripped it all down to find the runner has came off at the back. I thought I would just swap it for another window I had but the cooper has tinted glass and I only have clear windows. Is there a good way of refixing the runners to the bottom of the windows? I was going to clean it all up and use arraldite ir similar. Any thoughts?

Cheers in advance

The runners just hold on by spring pressure and the rubber strip. Just crimp the metal bit up a bit then shove it back on. You shouldn't need any glue.

I had a similar problem with my old one. The front end of it would drop but the rear would stay put. lol

ended up that one of the runners had opened up for whatever reason. Nipped it up and all was good.

Toms and Ollie are right, they just crimp on. Nice and simple.
