The more fabrication I do the more I realise that my Machine Mart files are just not up to the job :( can anyone recommend any good files, with a range of TPI?

PS. Is this my most boring post yet?

EDIT: Embarrassing spelling mistake fixed.

Possibly the most boring, possibly also the most badly spelt title too...!

Bahco or Sandvik files are quite good. However a file does wear out, so occasionally it is just time to throw away and buy new.

I get mine from the local Army surplus, usually good quality and decent price. I get through dozens of them

I have a set of machine mart ones. I have to say for the price they are fine and if I have to replace them now and again I guess I just will.

I nick the bahco ones from work. *hehe!* excellent quality but the needle files are very brittle and tend to snap easy.
