Somewhere around Swindon

from hospital

got knocked off bike on sunday night, a guy jumped though a crossing where he had to give way, apparently i bounced off the bonnet/ windscreen (theres a hole in the screen where my head hit) and was propelled 20 feet into a garden wall

i remember laying on the floor unable to move and not being able to breath then nothing then been half naked in the resusitation room, i have whiplash style injuries to my neck, my spinal area is purple,i have bruised stomach/ribs, my hips are purple, i have fractured thumb/wrist my right leg wont move no pain in the leg it just dont work, theres someting wrong with my knee aswell either dislocated cartlige or damaged ligaments oh and a headache, i can just about walk with a zimmer frame

been told it will take months to recover and may need an op on leg yet

doctors were amazed that i got of so light really cosidering the impact speed and what happpened

apparently the bikes in several pieces, and im not a cripple because i was wearing my back protector full kit and sidi vertibra's

Glad you came out of it ok and all the bits can be mended.

Maybe with all this spare time you can spend sat at a pc we should give you some admin jobs *happy*

Hope everything mends as it should mate and they nail the driver for being reckless.

Bet the arseh0le in the car hasn't even got a scratch, hope they do him for all they can, and as the tv always tells you, where there is blame there's a claim.........

OUCH, sorry to hear that. Bikes are too dangerous!!

That car picked the wrong head to mess with. Knee's aint a nice thing to hurt from what a friend went and is still going through with his. Shit thats no vote of confidence, sorry.

P.S My advise get GTA San Andreas for the PS2 to keep you busy

Glad you're ok. - thats the only important thing.

It's not bikes which are too dangerous, its the fucking cage drivers!!
Makes me glad i sold my bike though.. in a way.

they said if i had not been wearing my knox i would have been crippled or worse

spoke to police today, they kept driver in custardy as they thought they were goeing to charge him with death by dangerous driving, he was possible twice the speed limit, he has now been charged with dangerous driving

im actually feeling worse now that i ever have and pretty emotional too
