here are a few shots of the evening soiree at the pod , a good gathering collected and a massive gabfest ensued ...

out of the pics on of my favourites is joes ''the force is strong in this one'' look .

during the night i was entertained by one of the massive shouting

''mr pinky is free ''

and aslo at one point

'but il be all alone in my tent ,anybody want to spoon with me ..naked spooning ''

i was trying not to wake my companions in the tent by guffawing into my pillow.

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Nic, my misses was admiring your camper. What make/model is that?

Where did you get the pop top from Nic? or what make is it? do you know who fitted it?

We do alot of conversions with windows, seats, sunroofs etc in Transporters at work and we are looking into doing pop tops. Its just finding good ones and someone to supply them at a good price thats the problem.

I'd have sat down for that, you never know, when you strain that much, you could just follow through. Poopy pants.

Reimo is the stuff we have been looking at. Seems some of the best stuff out there.

What would you say its like quality wise? and fit wise?

Good, although the mesh under the seat has broken on the welds and one of the hinges on the roof has gone rusty after less than a year and stained the material.
The seat also rattles quite a bit if its not clipped in really tightly

I think its all in the process of getting sorted under warranty but it is a lot nicer than the rest of the stuff that i saw at the camping and caravaning show (i was the youngest person there by 50 years and only person not wearing beige)
