As it will probably be sold on minimania you have to take into account their stupid "mark up for no particular reason other than it says mini" price. |

The Ally 5 port Pierce did was very well made. I had one. Casting was spot on. They just used unc on all the studs inc exhaust. so had to make some up. |

...and with it being alloy it will be better for turbocharging with it being able to soak the heat away. |

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

I would be surprised if it sold for less than $1500 USD.

Yes it would have been handy for them to show the inlet port entry, rather than cover them with webers. The AKM ones are a bit on the large side.

true - it would have been nice to see them with straight ports and the option of individual ITB's rather than the customary DCOE flange pattern which is too wide to be that close to the head for the port spacings. If Carling made Mini engines

nice pics Joe - it doesn't take a genius to work out where the porosity problems they suffer when casting are.lol - hint where the intake ports on a 5 port would be - two rather large areas of slow cooling iron If Carling made Mini engines
