When I first joined up with the RAC I think I managed to wangle a small discount by doing it via my credit card company- Capital One at the time.

what are AA charging? without european cover we pay £70 odd, that for the car though, but it was the same price to do it for an individual.

We paid £75 for European Cover with Flux for our Camper, but that covers up to 3.5 tonne. Saul Bellow - "A great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance when the need for illusion is deep."

The Missus and I have been with the RAC for well over 10 years on their personal cover and we have never needed to call them.

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

We have a pay for joint account. It gives us free travel insurance and saved us an expensive call out for the boiler in the old flat. Worth it IMHO, just depends on your own situation. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

If you have a TSB account you get AA breakdown for nowt. Trouble is, is it is to the nearest garage. Which is abit crap. Ring the AA up...they will upgrade it to full relay to your home...£50 On 19th Jan, 2010 wil_h said:

I have personal cover with RAC which includes for everything apart from homestart and onward travel. They will still collect me from anywhere in the UK and take me and my car to the destination of my choice (home with the mini).
