It needs to be whereever it needs to be to idle right, and maintain decent emissions.

You need to acertain wether that is preventing ti to start. Are you sure the ignition system is operating correctly?

I THINK I READ SOMEWHERE THAT A GOOD STARTING POINT IS 0.75MM DOWN FROMT HE BRIDGE, THATS FOR NA APPLICATIONS, BUT I IMAGINE STARTING/OFF BOOST RUNNING IS THE SAME

Clearly if it wont start with the jet "high", and the plugs remkain dry. It would be worth lowering the jet and adding fuel. But that would take less time to try, than its taken to post here on the internet about it. So what was the outcome ? 9.85 @ 145mph
