CAN ANYONE TELL ME WERE THE JET SHOULD BE SET STANDARD ?

It needs to be whereever it needs to be to idle right, and maintain decent emissions.

Adjust when running is the only way. But if its too high...it'll never start.

9.85 @ 145mph
202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

tHATS THE PROBLEM IVE GOT IT WONT START. SHULD I JUST GET IT LEVEL AND GO FROM THERE.

You need to acertain wether that is preventing ti to start. Are you sure the ignition system is operating correctly?

Do you have a spark? Are the plugs wetting?

Oh, and the "CAPS LOCK" key is on the left of your keyboard.

I THINK I READ SOMEWHERE THAT A GOOD STARTING POINT IS 0.75MM DOWN FROMT HE BRIDGE, THATS FOR NA APPLICATIONS, BUT I IMAGINE STARTING/OFF BOOST RUNNING IS THE SAME

There are many many reasons why an engine wont start. The jet height is one possibility.

Clearly if it wont start with the jet "high", and the plugs remkain dry. It would be worth lowering the jet and adding fuel.

But that would take less time to try, than its taken to post here on the internet about it.

So what was the outcome ?

I just set it leval and then turned it anti clock wise 2 full turns. Bingo
