According to my BMC parts lists of lies They are BSW block and UNF Head side,
There is only a 5 deg differ between pitch angle of a UNC and BSW thread as the TPI is the same apart from 1/2 inch where UNC differs. So I supose you could tap it either and getaway with it.

its 3/8 UNC x 3/8 UNF

Anyone seen the topic on TMF about the crankshaft threads, its rather amusing *laughing* but interesting to see different tuning shops stating all sorts of different thread forms.

Wow,

I just saw that thread on TMF. If ever anyone was unsure if Nightrain was indeed the biggest cock in the universe, they can read that post where he argues for ten pages that everyone else in the world is wrong and he is right, then finally says this:
"I obviously should apologize for this error, the Thread is Whitworth Form. Not Whitworth Fine."

What the fuck?

Can't wait for him to sign up on this site and spout his egotistical bullshit.

Its not as bad if you read it as it played out *wink*

Nightrain doesnt seem to frequent MF much, lol infact no one frequents MF. Instead Nightrain has started to harass the TMF lot.
