With the summer dissapering at a vast rate and the fact the tax is out on the mini at the end of the month meaning no more engine rebuilds for a few months Im now hoping to start planning and fitting central heating before the Winter arrives. I have searched the net for a calculator but they are basic at best, can anyone reccomend a site that has a decent one, basically looking to calculate btu's per room, and any correction factors needed eg heat losses etc

i would go to your local suppliers where your getting it from with rooms sizes etc and they then usually can tell you what rad size you need depending on windows/room type etc. |

I was tinking exactly the same this afternoon as I took a rad off to decorate.

The calculator and all other considerations are on the wall in B&Q at the radiator section
