hi noticed tonite when watchin the top gear that ther doin this thing wher u vote to restore on of thses classin icons cars well thers padd hopkirks old rally car cant remember the number plate sorry but do hav the phone number and it is 25p a call so get callin!!!!!!!!!! VOTE FOR THE MINI!!! 09011110835!!!!!!!!!! COME ON PPL DONT LET THIS CLASSIC DOWN!!!!

My vote goes to the Probe 16. A Mini with that kind of history is bound to be re-built.

I can't see the probe having so much fortune.

yeah.. id vote for any of teh other cars, like will says that mini WILL be rebuilt at some point, especialy with a history like it has.

What's it worth though, as is? 30-40K ?

I expect all of the cars would have been restored anyway. The Clockwork Orange thing was pretty rude though.

Besides, what happens to the cars when they have been restored.

Incidentally, the first owner of my Red one was a Mrs Hopkirk. Arguably more important than all of these cars, because without her, Paddy would not have existed in the first place. :) I'd love someone to "just restore my car" for free.

Bugger off, I'm getting there.

yeh but surely it is worth 25p just to ring up? u never know the owner may not bother after the top gear restoration. maybe he lost interest or somehitng its worth a try u never know thses days do yah really.
