Standard MG Metro ones are a good upgrade - although you may have slight issues with the thickness of the flanges. On 15th Jul, 2009 fastcarl said:

That's debatable, as I'm sure Mr Austin flow tested them both, & despite looks the Turbo manifold flowed almost as well as the NA MG one. |

Flanges are a lot thicker (3 - 3.5mm) on a turbo manifold, both inlet and exhaust so if you mix turbo and N/A either way around you have to make up stepped washers (or thick "C" washers which are a pain to hold in place while fitting the main washer).
