Has anyone else expecting post that hasnt arrived?

I thought the strikes had finished by now but i've got a few mini items as well as regular post that i'm expecting and they havent arrived for weeks.

Amazingly the odd bill and bit of junk makes it through the front door still!

Such a big forum must have a royal mail employee that can fill us in on some info?

it's insured so if it doesn't turn up let me know. it went standard parcel which is usually 3-5 days. I didn't realise about the strikes when I posted it.

Jeremy Vine had a spokesperson of the Union repreenting the Royal Mail workers, and a spokesperson for Royal mail, on his show lat week.

It was quite funny as Jeremy kept asking what the strike was all about, and the pair of them kept going of at each other, yet there was still no real answer to the general public as to why they were suffering.

I think I understand that Royal mail are trying to modernise the whole system to make the necissary changes to accomodate the way the postal services have changed. Which means cutting back hours, modernising Post offices, and laying people off to achieve it. While the workers Union are saying that these changes are not good enough.

Basicaly Royal mail are cutting back the wages of the postie, and the Unions are 'taking action' against it.

Same old shit, 'pay us more or we hold the general public to ransom while you make your mind up'

Just look what happened to the Rail net work the other sunday. LMFAO. Remove double time pay structure and still expect people to turn up for work, when it was on a volountry baisis. Where do these people come from ITS A FUCKING JOKE!

While we are talking about the French and Shitroen, My life was destroyed when Citroen released the advert where their car turned into a robot Ah La the Transofrmers. At first I thought, yeh, super cool!! until I realised they had also mixed this advert with the gayest of sports known to man, Inline skating. DEVASTATION! Only the French would destroy the coolest thing a Kid knows (the Transformers) with the gayest sport (inline skating)and still think it was cool. Bastards!

Not including those French I know as freinds, as they are super cool!!
