And ideas or thoughts on any feature are very welcome.

What new features would you like to see in a mag?

who's cars would you like to see in them?

Just thought, why don't i ask you guys, as you read someof the mags as well.

thanks for any thoughts.

I like anything that's different and required owner to make / design custom parts.

I hate the articles about cheque book concourse car; I brought a hertitage shell, I paid so & so body shop to paint it, I then built it up using all new parts from Mini spares, whilst they look very pretty they make for some very boring reading and don't inspire me.

Edit: In the last few years the mag seemed to have moved away from the cheque book builds.

i agree with rob aswell, i like the cars built by a guy in his shed on a limited budget, time and (dare i say it?) love has gone into the build alot of custom parts and most of the time the most difficult problems solved the simplest way, it makes for an inspiring read

Yes i moved to the darkside *happy*

As per Rob, Alex, Brett etc....

That's why this site/forum is so much more interesting than the two "mainstream" ones.

But I'm not sure if that is good for magazine audiences ???

King Gaycharger, butt plug dealer, Sheldon Cooper and a BAC but generally a niceish fella if you dont mind a northerner

I'd echo everybody else's comments really. I try and work to Rob H's principles, but there are some things I just can't do. So that's where you lot step in....

I'd love to see my mini featured, but then I'd have to take my finger out and finish it.

I'd also love to see our Metro van featured somewhere once it's been restored. I now metros are crap, but it's bloody rare and it's good fun.

Miniworld Feb 2001 along with Peter Baldwins Miglia.

I don't think John Halstons sprint has been featured mind.

I know Chris Dillow (new to this forum) would love to have a feature.
He runs a 1293 road car with some light weight mods and came second place in B class at Avon with a 14.9 sec pass.
Im sure he could sort you some pics if you PM him. Its a nice looking car too. MK4 shell, white, 13" Alleycats, tidy condition

Paul

I seriously doubt it!
