Hi all I'm looking to get one of these made

It's essentially a hif44 flange with a 25mm long (44mm internal bore 2-3mm wall thickness) stub welded to it, id also like a lip putting on the end, If possible i would either like it made from ally or stainless if possible but im not to fussed. I'd love to do it myself but i don't have access to the right tools!!

money waiting for materials and labour let me know if anyone fancies making it.

cheers all
luke

you certainly can

Im intending on swapping the hif44 carb on the sc12 project over to a new 43mm keihin CV bike carb that i have been given and this is the adapter i need to make it happen.

Luke, Check your float bowls the stub might need to be at an 45deg angle to keep them level, mine did when my converter was made.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

Hi Graham
Thanks for the advice i checked this yesturday when you mentioned it and it seems that mine is supposed to level and not on an angle. so i thnk that this stub should be okay.

so this is to run 1 bike carb (direct replacement so so) instead of doing the bog brothers inlet and twin bike carbs?

You got a dxf, drg or dwg file of that drawing 998turbomini25? I can't open 3d models of parts. I'll have a look at work to see if we have any tube and plate.
