Hello all,

Wanting to get hold of a kit to make turbo engine, has anyone got all the bits available, dont initially want to shop around for one bit here and another bit there etc. Once I have one, then will want to add to things!!

Would consider complete car (do have a Mini at the moment amongst others) or a very good car with turbo engine if good price.

Sounds like you need to do some reading fella. There's everything you need to know on here.

My only advice is don't go and buy a 25 year old engine out of a metro turbo. All you will get is a 25 year old and probably highly worn engine. Build something to your own spec and if you can't build one yourself, talk to some of the members who do that sort of thing for people.

No problem with the engine, just the bits that hang off it. Turbo, manifolds, carb, plenum, fpr etc.

Was going for a KAD 16valve setup but this seems far more fun!

I have an Avonbar 1380 engine and a turbo head from a metro.
Pistons are AE 9cc dished, although one will need replacing.
The engine also has a PH2 cam.
May also consider selling a brand new T2 turbo.

engine never really a problem, have lots of bits and can build. However does it have manifolds carb etc and what sort of price?
