I found a brand new set of cam bearings in my tool box earlier if anyone else is after some.

Ok here we go,

the three parts on the right are to fit each of the three cam bearings, the small part of each is a few thou smaller than the cam journel, and the larger part is slightly smaller than the hole in the block that the bearing fits in.

the other ally bit is machined with two steps to fit inside each of the end two cam bearings (to centralize the studding) so thsy can be fitted in any order.

the darker part on the left is a bearing for the nut to gear against,

Ideally you want a good quality piece of hardened studding and nuts as on the cheap stuff the threads start giving out after a few uses.
