hi all,

having a bit of a issue, baically the engine isnt drawing fuel from the carb itsself, so when trying tostart it its not fueling,

if i disconect the ballance pipe and blow down it while turning over it goes, because that forces the fuel through the jet and into the carb.

any ideas why its wouldnt bwe drawing it its self?
