hi, looking to replace tyres on my mpi.

am looking at either bidgestone, continental, dunlops. i realise that some of these have been discontinued.

have had fulda and carat tyres in the past, not the best handling wise.

cover a fair amount of mileage and yokos dont wear well

anyone know a cheap ish suplier?

Cant go wrong with the Yokohama A539s for the price. Good tyre with good mileage at a half decent price with good all round performance. What more do you want *wink*

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

Another vote for the Yoko A539's - decent grip wet and dry, and seem to wear well if your suspension geometry is set up well. I've had mine on for 18 months, done several drag days, and generally given them abuse, and they don't even look worn.
