Question is where to find safety devices T45 roll cage to my histiric race Mini.
I ask from Mini Spares nord Rich and he say that they have to buy at least 10 set of those so it is far too much.

Yes and here is answer. ( Dear Jani,
Thank you for your enquiry into a Safety Devices cage for your Mini.
We do produce a cage for this vehicle, but as we do not sell directly to the public or trade you will have to contact one of our dealers for price, availability and delivery information. Please find stockist details below: ) and they were mini spares / mini sport

That kind of answer I got... *frown*

Try Rollcentre or Custom cages much better than Safety Devices (SD) are not even a UK owned company any more - or so I read!

Thanks Scryffy, that rollcentre use CDS Carbon Steel and that is heavyer than T45 what I'm looking.
Other hand that custom cages seems that they have those kind of roll cages.
We have to use also bolt in types roll cages as FIA rules say.

Rollcentre do do T45 as do custom cages but that safety devices bolt in cage is an absolute abortion!

I believe Custom Cages now do a bolt in cage for the mini aswell.

If you speak to the right people there they are very helpfull on the phone. If you get one of the idiots then they will "ring you back" but fail to do so!

I've never dealt with SD but ive never ever liked them. They have just always seemed to be more of a gimmick/show cage to me. Of course this is just my opinion and in all honesty there isnt any major reason for me to think this way, i just do!
