Okay, I think I may know the problem, but I want some sort of confirmation. I just put a new head on my mini and at the same time I cut off the intake to install an aluminum one from Minispares. Is it possible that my one rich running cylinder is from the new intake? And would I need to get the needle re-profiled?

a cylinder that looks like its running rich on the plugs is usually a cylinder which has lower compression than the others, poor valve seats, sticky valve, cracked rings etc. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
