as the above im after a 1380 not too worried on condition just let me know WHY?

I have a 1380 Avonbar engine , with PH2 cam and AE9cc Pistons. One piston needs replacing for sure.

but seriously, why are you after a 2nd hand 1380? its doubtful it will have had an easy life, and theres not much chance of realistically reboring

wouldnt it be much cheaper/sensible to go for something thats less likely to be (literally) on its last legs?

I have a pre A+ 1380. Then engine is complete and will be going on ebay as soon as I can be bothered to paint it.

I think (from memory) it has a Kent 286 cam in it. I split it down to the large componets (short engine, head etc) fitted a known good standard box and reassebled with new gaskets. Has most ancilories with it.

I also have pic's of the internals.

I'm open to offers for it...
