Carrying on with my build and after forgetting alot of things one question I'd like answered is what AR should I be aiming for. Am I right in thinking standard is .36 but to releave some rpm .48 could be use.
Got a rather nice .63 AR t3 housing and it has a nice V-band connection for the downpipe, just crap being a .63. But after seeing this setup I know what I'm after just not what AR to aim for.

Standard Metro is actually 0.25. Escort Turbo is 0.36.
