If I bought say a set of single or double adjustables from protech or anyone else. How would I go about to optimise them? is there just a matter of ENDLESS testing on various tracks, or is there any way to get in the ballpark? Also, whats the need of double adjustables? It would throw in an enormous amount of possibilities, and possibly make it impossible to get anywhere close to the ideal setting.

usually if a manufacturer has an off the shelf set for a car they will have a basic settings. them its a case of adjusting it for your driving style as everyones different. do a bit of research into effects of adjustment. as far as double adjustables depends on what your using it for. a good set of single adjustables are more then good enough. usually 2 ways are for track and race use. sorry to be so vague but there are so much to choose from. protech/spax are good dampers
