Hi all, im getting a full respray and a multipoint weld in rollcage done to my mini soon but was wondering what is best done first. wether the rollcage would get in the way while painting or wether you need the body down to bare metal / it will look a mess after welding?

i would respray after

working in and around the mini with tubes grinder and a welder things are gonna get scratched, then there is welding spatter, grinding sparks.. no good for paint
