Im out as im using the AP plates. I was under the impression that the AP plates had the larger leverage ratio at around 2.4:1 rather than the Valeo at 2.1:1

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

I think the Valeo will have the better ratio, but i'm prepared to be proved wrong :) On 28th Aug, 2011 Kean said:

I measured the distance between the contact points on both the Valeo and the AP, and those were the results I got, Still dont understand why that would make it heavier on the clutch other than the springs having a larger force? On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
