bleed valve- i have searched all the photos are gone

i have searched on this forum of how to fit a bleed valve just need to make sure if i got it right in thinking that it goes in the line of the blue pipe in this photo

and on the t piece the other side is block off?

also my bleed valve is a 3 port do i block the bottom port off or do i just leave it

The bleed valve goes inline with the signal pipe between the compressor housing and the actuator, as in the picture.

The Third leg of the bleed valve is left open to atmosphere, to allow the signal to bleed off.
