I've searched everywhere i can think of today and i'm stumped. I'm after an 8'x4' sheet of card to use for making templates for my interior panels in the bus but nowhere stocks anything over A1, that'll work out really pricey to buy a load of them at £2 a pop and stick em together.

does it have to be card mate? Pop in to a local signwriters and take a look. At some corex and foamex, it's very cheap and I expect it will be perfect for you.
