I think if hes stupid enough to get caught - he should have to pay the fine, fuck the time limit, now we have to pay the £8000 from our taxes.
I seriously doubt it! |

if he got caught doing 85 in a 70 why shouldnt he pay a fine and get his points - i don't think a time scale regarding notificiation should have any bearing on the validity of the conviction

im with Paul on this, i got done doing 42 on a dual carriage way ( 40 limit) im all up for an unlimited country blast and 70+ on the mway but if you cant take the fall dont doit..
