are they any good for the conversion? I read somewhere all Bimmer 'K' heads are sound for it, just want to make sure first... '89 Austin Metro GTa :) |

They are fine for the conversion. But have the tamer of the camshafts (264 degrees and 8.8mm lift i think off the top of my head) used in these type of heads. |
