Hi

I was just wondering, can you time a cam in 180 degrees out, obviously by accident. Its giving me the 106 degrees I need but i want to double check before i start it.

I was wondering if there is an easy way to just double check this for peace of mind, such as turning the crank clockwise and seeing how long after the number 2 rocker starts to go down etc?

Thanks

Jon

As long as you assemble it with the dots lined up on the sprockets, double check your top dead centre, then set at 106 you should be fine.
After achieving my TDC I usually double check that against BDC, set my 106 then recheck the TDC incase the disc has moved.

I seriously doubt it!
