hey guys hoping you could shed some light eventually when i get the money and when i can get insured on a turbo mini im gone crack on in get it done!! but for the time being i want to convert my s.p.i. engine to take a weber carb just wondering if anybody knew how much i could get for all the injection rubbish!!:) i.e. ecu throttle body etc etc

I don't think going to a weber carb is a good idea if you intend to go to a turbo engine later. You'll likely need to change the carb again at that time unless you want to go to a fully enclosed carb or a suck through setup.

Crack on son I put a 45 on the back of my cooper in 1994 and I use to chase down 1.8 BMW's. The only problem is you can see the fuel gauge dropping when you have your foot buried in the carpet *hehe!*

Trying to get an SPi though a MOT emissions test with a Weber fitted will be fun.
