hey guys hoping you could shed some light eventually when i get the money and when i can get insured on a turbo mini im gone crack on in get it done!! but for the time being i want to convert my s.p.i. engine to take a weber carb just wondering if anybody knew how much i could get for all the injection rubbish!!:) i.e. ecu throttle body etc etc

I don't think going to a weber carb is a good idea if you intend to go to a turbo engine later. You'll likely need to change the carb again at that time unless you want to go to a fully enclosed carb or a suck through setup.

Crack on son I put a 45 on the back of my cooper in 1994 and I use to chase down 1.8 BMW's. The only problem is you can see the fuel gauge dropping when you have your foot buried in the carpet Own the day

Trying to get an SPi though a MOT emissions test with a Weber fitted will be fun. On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:
