Anywho, here it is, it WILL be getting turbo'd hence why im here and Im sure a few of you have noticed me popping up and asking loads of questions *tongue* and i have to say, thanks to everyone who has helped fill my head with new knowledge. Bit of humour:

Its very clean, having only covered 46k miles with history and mot's to back this up, its not as good as my old one, which was pretty much concours but its clean, my old one:

Ouch!

The white one looks tidy. Is it the one that was on ebay rescently?? The owner was going to rally it, but it was too good???

What are your plans for it??

EDIT: WE have the same tax disk holder on the van *smiley*

Yeh it was on ebay, he said the wheel base was to short for the class he was entering but he didn't really want to race it anyway, so he's after a nova now - my speciality *tongue* lol

It is pretty clean, few little bits need doing to tidy it up. 1380cc turbo is the idea, i want to get it nearly as quick as my old XE nova, been looking into 16v head but i dont know if i can justify it atm.

Awsome holder lol i saw it on your van in your thread *happy*

Thanks, good and yeh, it hurt, but i walked away with jus a bit of class in my face, ribs hurt a bit and my left arse cheek swelled up to over twice the size of the right one, it made and awkward and painful few weeks lol

Edit: i'll try to find the pics of the passenger side, it had a crease from the bottom of the passenger door all the way diagonally up the rear quarter to the back of the rear window IIRC

It's not. They cost about £3.

GTa is perfect for turboing. I guess they are still cheap enough.

How did you end up in a pole?

Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

Got the car back today, passenger door has been bout out, steering column knackered, reversed it into the lamp post outside my house whis has wrecked the bootlid then drove it off the kurb denting the sill, so to be fair its not bad, could of been burnt out/completely written off.

Its a quite tight knit estate so im sure it wont be long before i find out who they are, im quite known and i dont really have any enemies, we think its the arseholes we dont really get on with from one of the sister estates, only time will tell.

And it was for a random joyride, they attempted to nick an escort just 100 yards from my car and according to the police there were 7/8 cars stolen last night from the area.

My mate found the car parked up nicely not far from my house with a quarter of a tank less fuel and an extra 30/40 miles on the clock.

Bit of an update, i picked up a tired red GT-a last friday for £200 with mot till july next year, been sat since july, slapped a battery on and it fired up and drove it home (2 seconds round the corner) so ive taken the steering column and covers etc off for mine, discovered the alarm worked so whipped that off too (my cousin is fitting it for me monday) theres isnt really a lot i can salvage for mine as although mine now has a dented boot and a slightly creased door they're still in better nick! So im keeping the arches skirts etc as spares as you never know and they're not too common thses days and selling anything worth selling, just sold the engine and brakes for £270 so not a bad outcome really! Im off to qatar monday for 10 days work, maybe i'll start making some real progress when im back and i sell my 309.
