hello everyone, not been on here in a while.
just started to get on with the mini again, fitted a new intercooler and 10psi actuator and run it about for a bit, it's definatly boosting as you can feel it but my gauge is only going to the "0" also after only running it a 4 psi i thought there would be a more noticable differance. any ideas?

is teh guage goosed ?
have you plumbed the gauge in right ? to the pressure side of the turbo near the AR housing

Whats the range on the gauge? My gauge does not read when I run on standard boost.

If its a 0-2 bar (28psi) then your not going to see any movement for 4psi of boost.

Also how do you know its boosting to 4psi?

wel was just on a standard actuator,and colud see the gauge go into positive pressure before.

Is the actuator on right, as in does it have sufficient pre-load?

well that was the only thing that came to mind, i will check the pre load about half a hole??
