I went to the yard today and got the head unit and changer out, picked up lisa's stuff laptop ect, the front nearside wheel has caused some intrusion gearbox is punctured and its ripped the strut clean off, the dorrs wont close so i suppose it had some chassis damage?

Glad she is OK and on the upside the van ended on it's lid so at least he didn't get away completely unscathed.

Actually a friend of mine got hit from behind by a speeding Porsche driver on the phone and ended up in A&E with the ligament damge in their sholder/neck. It was clearly Mr Porsche's fault but his insurance refused to pay and it went to court. Mr Porche claimed he was doing walking pace and his foot slipped off the clutch and he "tapped" my friend, it was great to see the barister say "well according to the statment you gave the police at the time of the incident, you said you were doing 20-30mph". Oh the joy of watching him struggle to get out of that one!

SO in short if the poice want to press charges then yeah go to court with it and take one more bad driver off the road.
