Keep the mini! This thing sounds like it is in such a high state of tune that it will blow up in no time! If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

Wasn't this on piston heads? I have one and love it looking for another at the minute. Figures adfup for the horsepower if it's still the same engine etc. Just check for rust! |

I also think your mini is worth a touch more than this. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

The mini is thirsty? Get the IC on it and have it setup at a turbo a-series friendy rollers. It will transform the car and hopefully give you a bit better fuel economy. yep a well set up car makes a big difference to drivability but i still get about fook all to the gallon! |

Thats 10mpg on a 5 gallon tank or 6.7 on a 7.5 gallon tank. You have a problem! You should be seeing 20's/30's. Are you sure your fuel return isn't returning to the floor!!!! If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

How far have you driven it since the new turbo? Have you pulled a spark plug out to check colour? If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

I get about 35mpg on a run in the 5 and less when running about. Its a cheap car to run tax insurance etc. The Mini is a guzzler but fun :0) |
