Hi all how do you measure springs only small ones I'm trying to measure the spring from a poppet valve.

I tried the AC method in mini mag using a set of scales and a drill press.

Anyone know another way that can be done in a DIY garage.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

hang a known weight off/on the spring, measure change in spring legnth, then use the usual spring calculations to work out the stregnth. like say a 2p coin
