Anybody got/tried a fuel injected mini turbo?

I'm interested in this, and I know that there has been post's on the past about this, but I was wondering whether anyones viewed this?

Lotta bux, but do you think it could be made to work on a turbo?

To quote TD: "Fuel injectors ideally need to be super-fast response, with a high flow-rate for the flow demands of an A-Series at 15+psi of boost and 6500+rpm. I've been thinking more on the lines of multi-injectors however... Remember that the A-Series typically has 20-30% of the injection window of a conventional batch-fired 8-Port engine, and that for every 1 bar of boost you have to add 100% more fuel typically. Hence, an A-Series turbo is one of the hardest engines to inject!!!!"

Anybody know if the MBE setup would be up to the job then?

Research reveals answers...

Modern injectors from the world of honda tuning will do for the A-Series... I'd still favour twins for an all-out power application, but a (modern)large capacity single (one per inlet tract) injector will work!

i'm off to pick up a gearkit off Mike Barrett (MBE) either next week or in the new year so i'll have word and see what he reckons
