in the bill sollis book it recommends running with the soft ones to start with (std's), then progress to hard rating ones as you become more in tune with the car (that was my interpretation anyway!!)

i am going to use new std cones apparently the difference between new and shagged out std is very noticeable

I think I will change mine for new "hard ones" at some point as the new soft ones don't suit my set up. Too soft. I would rather use shagged front ones than new. Soggy and boggy. Bugger off, I'm getting there. |
