Just been trying to put the clutch pipes in place on the metro van using a metro master cylinder and a mini braided hose. The braided hose has a 3/8 fitting for the metal pipe and the metro has a much bigger one.

Will it make any difference if I re make the pipe out of 6mm break copper pipe, where the original pipe is 7-8mm?

dont you need a one way valve on the vac line to the servo?

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.

Andy.

No prob with the 6 mm copper brake pipe for clutch master mate. I've used the Metro master with 4 mm flexi so no reason why 6 mm shouldn't work.

Graham - well spotted, I thought that too, but it's not clear whether the NRV is behind the breather in the shot.

Servo NRV Andy. Fitted ?

Richard.

Minivanless, but reluctantly happy living with the decision. There'll be another one day.

THe NRV is on the todo list... I think it's in the back somewhere... That said, it never had one fitted with the 998 or n/a 1275....

Thanks for the advice about the pipe, I'll just make it up in copper *happy*
