i know a guy who know's a guy who can make me an intercooler to the dimentions of my choice and have it the design i want for about $500. I know the design i want but i dont know what volume it should be, im gion to mount it in the grill of my clubman with the hot air going in the top at one side and cool air coming out the bottom on the other but i dont know how big i should make the cooler all up, i know this is sort of the same question as someone else on this page but know one end'd up giving an exact or even a ruff measurment/volume in that discussion, any way, thanks

If you want one that fits in the clubman grill.. have a look at the 2wd cossie intercoolers... fits like a glove
