Can anybody confirm the thread size of the hose coupling that goes into the slave sylinder on pre verto clutches? I have 3/8" in my head.

Thanks

Ah - highjacking this topic;

Is the thread in to the master cylinder also 3/8 unf? Common sense says it should be...

I'm planning to get a stainless clutch line and and associated banjos so I can come out of the clutch master cylinder at 90º from the top, rather than the copper pipe 180º bend - which is in the way of intercooler pipework.

So 2 of these (one for slave, one for master);

2 of these respectively;

And some hose (not "ho's" in the Fiddy Cent gangsta rapper sense, they'd be of little use in helping the clutch operate, or maybe I'm doing them an ass-shakin' disservice?)

And presumably some copper washers. N'est pas?

I've just ordered one of these:

Gavin confirmed both banjo bolts are 3/8th. Was cheaper than anything on egay.

Ah - outstanding, cheers! That saves a whole load of effort, potential cock-ups, and cash!

Happy days.

Tom Fenton suggested that I just make one, but I think it would have just leaked. When you have as few skills as me it's much better to buy ready made stuff!
