10mm seems to be the thickness of choice and indeed what i am using Yes i moved to the darkside |

is that the same thickness as the inlet manifold flange size ? so that they match with the outlet flanges. |

what inlet manifold are you intending to use?? And on the 7th day........... God created turbochargers! |

The standard turbo manifolds (inlet and exhaust) are ~1/2" thick where the washers seat if un-damaged
